Description:
TOMAMI SHIMA MODERN JAPANESE WOODBLOCK Up for auction is this very nice Japanese woodblock by Tomami Shima dated 1960. It is about 16 1/2 by 12 inches and comes hinge mounted on a 21 by 16 3/4 inch matt board. This woodblock is in excellent condition and is a great impression. Has a small "wrinkle" in the upper white margin that does not go in to the image just the border. Pencil signed and dated.
