Description:
Wakana from Lady Murasaki's "The Tale of Genji". Original woodblock print by Masao Ebihara circa 1950ish. 9.3 x 12.5 inches. Good ink bleed through. Nice mica. Artist's seal in lower right of image. Good condition. Some damage to bottom margin as shown in scan. Print still tipped inside of original presentation folder.
