Benifude Moteru Onna (Woman Holding Lipstick) by Hashiguchi Goyo. Genuine woodblock print dated Taisho 9. Later Showa era impression. Fine condition. 16.9 x 11.4 inches. Koike carver's seal and Shinmi printer's seal on verso margin. Good texture and ink bleedthrough. Comes with original presentation folder. Compare to same image on page 44 of the book "The Female Image 20th Century Prints of Japanese Beauties".
