Description:
"Kisokaido Rokuju-ku Tsugi no Uchi" (Kisokaido Sixty-nine Stations) no. 64 Toriimoto. The old oil thief at work, discovered by Taira no Tadamori. Travellers on the road in open country are depicted in the upper left cartouche.
