Description:
Koitsu- Bush Warbler (Mitsugiri).jpg is: "Bush Warbler" - 1932 Mitsugiri Image size 15." x 7.5" Condition Pristine. Never laid down. Strong bleedthrough to verso. No folds, no tears, no creases, no foxing. Scan shows slight discoloration in margins. This does not appear in actual print. Authenticated by Master Koitsui's signature, Doi Eiichi seal, watermark and the all-important double-offset Harada/Seki seal. Most prints seen in recent times carry the Hamano printer's seal, signifying a more recent print. This print carries the earlier Seki seal. Seki worked for Doi for 4 decades prior to 1993. We would estimate this print was struck circa 1980 or earlier, making it more rare than some current later-editions.
