Watanabe Size 10 -1/4 x 15- 1/4 " Reference No Hotei # 79 Narazaki states that "Hasui has gone to great pains to design snow scenes, and his skill is demonstrated in this majestic landscape in which the snowflakes are in harmony with the indigo blue of the sea and the grey forms of the land" Sado Island is in Niigata Prefecture.
