Description:
Ono Bakufu (Japanese 1888-1976) … Oban-yoko-e (10 x 14 1/2 inches) … Signed with red Bakufu seal lower left with publishers date and stamp in red in right margin. Stamped on bottom "Printed by Kyoto-Hanga-In 1952" …Title: (Rice paddy?) … Condition: Good. No rips, tears or scratches to paper or image. There is slight UV mat toning that can be seen in lower left ebay photograph. Still a very clean impression with lots of color. We believe this print was published 2 years after a similar print of this image was published in 1950. Still early and well within Ono's life time .
