Woodblock triptych print, oban tate-e. Scene from the kabuki play 'Tokiwa Ima Shusse no Ukesho', with the actors Sawamura Tossho as Harunaga (the historical Oda Nobunga) seated (right) holding a fan in his right hand, Iwai Hanshiro VI as Ran-maru standing (centre) with pink trousers holding a fan over his head, and Bando Mitsugoro IV as Mitsuhide slightly crouched (left) with his arms in his sleeves.
