Woodblock diptych print, oban tate-e. The actor Arashi Kichisaburo III (left) as Inumura Daikaku making a thrust with a naginata at Ichikawa Danjuro VIII (right) as Inue Shinbei who blocks it with a closed fan. Poems inscribed.
