Description:
Colour woodblock print, two sheets of an oban triptych(?). The kabuki actors Onoe Kikugoro III (right) as the paperhanger Mohei (Daikyoji Mohei) and Segawa Kikunojo V as the paperhanger's daughter Otama (Daikyoji musume Otama), in the play 'Oto ni kiku icho no kusemono' by Katsui Genpachi and others, performed at the Nakamura-za in the 8th month of 1824.
