"Juni ka Getsu Hana Awase" November. Kabuki actor, Kataoka Gado is in the role of Yakko Ranpei. Orchid ("ran" in Japanese) is depicted on the background. Crepe print was a mechanically wrinkled print, It was usually sold as a curiosity item or meant for the children because it was more resistant to the soil and wear.
