From the series "Nihon Banzai; Hyakusen Hyakusho" ("Hurrah Japan; One Hundred Collected Laughs"), The title was punned for the meaning of "One Hundred Battles, One Hundred Victories", also. "Ikaiei no Tairyo". Japanese navy is catching many enemy battle ships which look like fish.
