Onoe Baiko VII in the role of Okaru in the play, "Kanadehon Chushingura". Shunsen collaborated with Watanabe again for the new series of 30 contemporary actor prints, "Shinban Butai no Sugata-e" ("New Portraits of Kabuki Actors") during 1951-54.
