Description:
"Chiyoda no Oh-oku" (The Ladies of Chiyoda Palace). A high ranking court lady (middle) and her servants were viewing cherry blossoms. She is returning to her palanquin, which is decorated with the house crests and intricately carved designs on lacquer.
