Description:
Each sheet signed Eishi ga, with publisher Nishimura Yohachi’s tomo-e mark and square seal Eijudo han, ca. 1789. Depicting a parade of figures, nearly all beauties, partaking in cherry blossom viewing among several tea stalls. A banner at a teahouse in the distance reads Shigaraki, and a road marker along the path in the center sheet records gohyakuju ga (510).
