Description:
This looks very much to be by the hand of Tsuchiya Koitsu. Koitsu was closely associated with the publisher Shoseido and published dozens of lithographs via them. I also have one other Shoseido postcard attributed to Koitsu. Another possible artist is Kobayashi Kiyochika (teacher of Koitsu). 戦前美術絵葉書 東海道三島 戦前の美術絵葉書です。 松聲堂発行。 明治三拾八年九月拾九日の印有り。
