Description:
The artist is Tsuchiya Koitsu as sealed in lower right corner. Paper is about 10 1/8" by 7 1/4". Nice color. Stamped on back " H. Takemura & Co. Yokohama Japan ". Great old print. Reason I believe it is a moonlit night scene is because of the lighting of the sky - just as when the moon is out. Title: BOU SHUU KO MINATO "房州小港” i.e. Small Port in Boshu (Chiba pref.) By H.
