Japanese Shin Hanga Color Woodblock print by Takahashi Shotei. He was a contemporary of Hasui and Yoshida. Title: "Shower at Terashima, passerby frustrated" Measures appx. 6 3/8" x 14 3/8". Signed with Artist's Seal. Publisher: Watanabe (pre 1936) 1936 Watanabe Catalog No. 208 - Image Source: Andacht p.119 Condition is Very Good. Good impression, nice colors. Slight acid burn on outer edge from original matte. Print is attached to matte with 2 pieces of acid free tape.
