Saturday, 1 September 2007 Guaranteed original Japanese woodblock print by the shin hanga school artist Ohara Koson. Subject: Fishing Boats. Date: early 1900's. Fine color, impression, condition. Faint bends in lower margin corners. Doesn't effect image. Oban format print measures 10" x 14.75". NOTE: A rare print. There is a similar chuban format design in the Koson text "Crows, Cranes & Camellias". This larger design is, as of yet, undocumented.
