Show at Haneda, by the artist Shiro. See the Koitsu Raisonne for a discussion of this artist. I know of a total of four prints by this mystery artist, including one that was originally a Tsuchiya Koitsu scene (artist seal and sig replaced by Shiro's), and two variants of Hasui scenes (see in my JAODB database).
