Description:
Pretty, vintage, "moonlight" watercolor painting. Excellent condition. Signed "T. SEKI.", I think. Could the last name be an abbreviation? Japanese-American? Approx. 18.5" X 25" framed size. The backing was all sealed up, never opened, when I bought it at an estate sale. I have since opened up the back to remove the glass for easier shipping. It was framed in San Francisco. The framing company label and the frame look old - I am thinking 1920's or 30's. Perhaps you can tell from the framing company name.
