Dated 1992 Technique/Medium Woodcut Impression Printed in 15 colors from 15 different blocks on a pliable, Chinese paper with thick oil-based inks. Colors Image is darker than the real print. Edition Size 80 Numbered 44/80 Description "Sisters" Two sisters from a minority group in Yunan province in the South of China are dressed up in gorgeous, folkloristic costumes. Looks like they are going to a local festival. Note Hao Ping is one of the 60 contemporary Chinese woodblock artists selected for the collection of the London based Muban Foundation.
