Description:
Tuesday, 4 December 2007 Nice old Japanese watercolor painting. Signed by the artist in English (M.Niimi). Good quality impressionistic scene of a boat at dusk. Painting measures 8.5" x 11.5". The frame measures 13.25" x 16". Painting is unexamined out of the frame but appears to be in good condition. Bamboo style frame shows some wear (nicks, etc). A nice painting from the early 20th century of the school of Western trained Japanese artists.
