Triptych: Prince Genji by the Sea Artist: Kunichika Format: Oban triptych: each sheet: 14.25" x 9.5" approx Subject: Bijin watching Prince Genji on a jetty by the sea as he reads a handscroll. Date: c.1863 Condition: Fine colors. Japanese album backing paper uniting the 3 sheets. A tiny wormhole. Minor marks and flaws. Generally very good state of preservation. Impression: Very good Not sold at 200 pounds!
