Here we have a pair of really pretty Japanese watercolours Early Twentieth Century and signed by listed artist Tokusaburo Kobayashi (1884-1949) Paintings depict a riverside landscape with autumnal colours and a lakeside scene with summerhouse and flowers The paintings are framed in a narrow black wooden frames and dimensions are: Overall including frame - W -13", H - 7.5" Actual visible painting - W - 9.5", H - 4" Frame sizes are the same though the orientations are different Condition is very good - commensurate with age
