Wednesday, 15 March 2006 While doing research on a painting in my mother's collection I found another original watercolor I believe to be by K. Seki. My mother was an art student in Philadelphia in the 1920s and an admirer of Japanese art. Probably she collected this painting at that time. This verifies the time period of your description of the artist if you agree that the signature is indeed "K. Seki."
