Tuesday, 12 July 2005 Doro Ningyo from the series Japanese Dolls Gosho-Ningyo by Kawase Hasui. Original woodblock print circa 1935. Good condition. Foxing and small repair in left margin. Strong texture and nice baren rubbings on thick washi. 9.5 x 8.3 inches. Printed by Junji Kato. Published by Meiji-Shobo. Compare with same print on page 151 of the book "Kawase Hasui The Complete Woodblock Prints".
