Monday, 3 October 2005 You are bidding on an original Japanese woodblock print “Cross Child” signed by the Famous Taisho/Showa Shin Hanga woodblock print artist Kaoru Kawano (1916-1965). The print size is 16 1/4 x 11 inches. The colors, which are vivid and vibrant, are in layers. The artist’s signature and his chop mark are at the lower left corner of the print. There is “No 28” close to the lower bottom edge in the back of the print.
