Description:
Tanuki by Shiro Kasamatsu. Original woodblock print dated Showa 30 (1955). Very good condition. Never been framed. A few light foxing spots as shown. Oban size measures 16.0 x 10.6 inches. Strong ink penetration to verso. Nice baren rubbings. Unsodo publisher's seal, Shinmi printer's seal, Nagashima carver's seal, date and Unsodo's gei watermark in left margin. Shiro characters and red seal in corner.
