Friday, 12 December 2008 Original Japanese woodblock print by the shin hanga school artist Shiro Kasamatsu. Subject: Calm morning at Ajiro Promontory, Izu. Date: 1933. Publisher: Print bears the Watanabe "C" publisher seal indicating an early impression. Condition: Very good color & impression.. Slight overall toning (a shade more so at top margin). Two small tape remants towards top verso. Oban design measures 10" x 15.5".
