Description:
Tuesday, 3 January 2006 This auction features an authentic woodblock print of a winter snow scene done by an unknown artist. The print has a strong impression, with no tears, folds, or stains, but there is a 3/16" vertical thin brown line in the sky above the mountains. The print was matted at one time, with the mat covering the image as much as 1/4" on the left side, leaving the image brighter in the areas that were covered by the mat. Attached to a thin piece of card stock with two pieces of tape at the top corners. Image is 9 7/16" X 14 3/8".
