Description:
Guaranteed original Japanese woodblock print by the sosaka hanga artist Okiie Hashimoto (1899-1993). Date: 1934. From the series: "Castles of Japan". This diptych measures 11.5" x 14.75". Excellent color & impression. The two panels of the diptych are attached. Towards middle of print there is a slight dark strip where the two panels overlap on verso.
