Description:
Monday, 30 October 2006 Take Yuki (Bamboo covered with Snow) by Tsukioka Gyokusei. Original Japanese woodblock print circa 1930s. Oblong Watanabe Shozaburo C seal in left margin. Very good condition. Light crease as shown in scan. Oban size print measures 15.8 x 10.6 inches. Nice blind printed pattern on outter kimonos. Beautiful silver mica highlights. Strong texture and ink penetration on fine washi.
