Chikanobu Toyohara 1838 - 1912 Liesure activities of Ladies A group of eight Bijin, four playing battledore and shuttlecock, another holding a ball, in a garden under plum blossom,three others making music on a veranda, all dressed in ornate kimonos . A genuine Meiji period woodblock print Format : Oban triptych tate-e - Size : 14.3in x 28 in. Dated : circa 1900 Signed : yoshu Chikanobu with red seal Impression : Good - Colour : Good Condition : Fair , much light creasing giving crumpled surface appearance, small faults on edges, minor marks and flaws.
