Description:
Lake Shozin by Takeji Asano. Original woodblock print dated Showa 24 (1949). Oban size measures 15.6 x 10.3 inches. Very good condition. Unsodo publisher's seal, Shinmi printer's seal, Nagajima carver's seal, and artist's red seal in right margin. Date, Japanese and English title in bottom margin. Takeji characters in lower left of image. Strong ink bleed through on fine washi. One of Takeji's best Mt. Fuji scenes.
