Description:
A golden pheasant is perched on a plum tree hanging over a stream. This trimmed impression was originally signed and titled. An untrimmed version of this print, owned by the Art Institute of Chicago, is titled Kinkei Chö (Golden Pheasant), and signed “Nippon gakö Okamura Masanobu shöhitsu” (original work by Japanese artist Okumura Masanobu). It bears the seal ""Okumura."" (from Original Intent exhibition 11/21/06-)
