This center panel of a triptych depicts a man seated playing a hand drum. On the floor to his left is a book of five Nö plays, including Takasago, Tamura, and Ukai. The poem reads: A drum is like a dandelion: a little spit on the fingers helps. (from Original Intent exhibition 11/21/06-)
