Description:
"Dainippon Meisho Kagami" (Mirrors of the Famous Generals of Japan). Tokugawa Iemitsu (1603 - 51) , the 3rd Tokugawa Shogun, established Toshogu Shrine in Nikko. He and Ii Naotaka stand on Shinkyo Bridge.
