Description:
"Eikoku no mita Nihon; Beikoku no mita Nihon" (Japan appeared in the eyes of England and America). Top: Japan was looked at as the watch dog of the East by England". It has a collar of "Nichi-ei Domei" (Japan-Britain Alliance). Bottom: Japan appeared as a dragon of the East to USA.
