Description:
From the sosaku-hanga magazine, "Shiro to Kuro" (White and Black) Vol. 15, "Shoka" (Early Summer) on Eitai Bridge in Tokyo. The artist stated, "In the early summer afternoon, a driver of a cargo cart is taking a rest smoking cigarette on the Eitai bridge. Not many cars come and go. It is a tranquil scene".
