From the Sosaku Hanga club magazine, "Kitsutsuki". The name means 'Woodpecker', metaphorical for a woodblock print artist chiseling wood little by little. Vol. 2 . Newspaper seller at the cross of Owari-machi. He rings bells to attract customers.
