"Bodhisattva". This print is probably from the series, "Kokka" (The Flowers of the Nation) published in Meiji era, which introduced old masterpieces of Japanese art. The series included some of the most skillfully and elaborately produced woodblock prints to date. Some prints even duplicated the subtle cracks, fading, age related wear and tears of the ancient art works in amazing accuracy.
