Description:

"Shin Yoshiwara Yukun Nana-Komachi" (Courtesans in Shin Yoshiwara as Seven-Komachi). Beauty Hanaoka of Sano Matsuya tea house is alluded to "amagoi Komachi" as it is raining outside. She wears gorgeous phoenix pattern sash and was reading a poem written on a tanzaku.
