Description:

The six famous ukiyo-e designs which were chosen to be a commemorative postal stamp series. The each re-production was made in somewhat smaller than original size. 1: Woman with a Boppin by Utamaro (mica background). 2: Big Wave by Hokusai. 3: Descending Wild Geese and the full moon by Hiroshige. 4: Nihonbashi from the 53 Stations of Tokaido by Hiroshige. 5: Yui from the 53 Stations of Tokaido by Hiroshige. 6: Sanjo Bridge in Kyoto from the 53 Stations of Tokaido by Hiroshige.
