The decorative cover commemorating the issue of a new Japanese postage stamp. "Souvenirs of Japan : Current Postage Stamps". It featured Hasui Kawase's "Kintai Bridge". FDC (first date cover) Nov. 20, 1946, a gray violet stamp of 1 Yen 50 Sen.
