Description:
After the vendetta was accomplished, the 47 Ronin were ordered to commit "seppuku" suicide from the Shogunate. The Ronin were buried side by side next to their master, Lord Asano (Enya Hangan in Theatrical plays), at Sengaku-ji Temple. Even today, many people visit their graves to honor the loyalty of the 47 Ronin and their dedication to the code of samurai.
