Description:

From a folio, "Akita Fuzoku; Haru no Hanga-shu, Dai-1" (Customs and Manners of Akita Prefecture; Prints in Spring, Vol.1). "Koma" (Tops). Tokushi was famous for the warm depictions of his home, the country side of Akita prefecture in northern Japan. In this picture, two Children are playing with spinning tops.
