Description:
"Nishijin no Yanami" (Houses at Nishijin). The rows of tiles neatly line on the roofs of old houses in Nishijin district in Kyoto. The district has been famous for the elaborate "Nishijin-ori" fabrics. Colorful traditional style umbrellas are dried in front of one of the fabric stores.
