"Fleurs d'Hiver - Oshima, Japon" (Winter Flowers - Oshima, Japan). Camellia is the winter flower of Oshima island which produces the traditional hair dressing oil. This design was apparently intended to be paired with artelino #22827 "Camellia Seeds - Oshima).
