Description:
Kabuki play, "Kanadehon Chushingura" Act. 2. Young lovers, Konami (Played by Onoe Kikunojo) and Rikiya (right: Nakamura Komanosuke). Konami's mother Tonase (Arashi Rikaku) is on balcony. In another room, lord Wakasanosuke (in purple: Ichikawa Kuzo) and Kakogawa Honzo (left: Jitsukawa Yaozo) are having a serious talk.
